The worse thing that happened to my Fox when I got tires a few year back at the Burbank, CA Costco was the new valve stems were too short and didn't reach outside the hubcaps. A nuisance, a PIA, yes! And really a pretty glaring error when you consider ALL they do is mount tires and valve stems. (OK they balance them as well.)

So I guess...well....in this case they presented themselves as morons.
