Circumstances in peoples lives change. What if you decide to go on a nice trip that takes you into the mountains, or the Southeast in winter (read fogged windows and windshield - need heat to clear) or to Alaska in summer, where I will guarantee the need for supplemental heat for creature comfort.

Don't do this! It's a mistake.
