Don't waste your time with blue lights.  Your eyes are least sensitive to
blue and it is illegal.  If you want decent H4s, then go with Hella or Bosch
UV free lamps which don't have any blue content to them.

off-road use only.  Is this the law, or can you use them on the road...?
