Yes, I bought one, $125 CAD and it is worth every penny!  WAAAY better than
pliers or vice grips and they lock in the "clamp open" position and the
actual jaws that actuate the clamp are on the end of a long cable so you can
get at any clamp.

Doesn't Snap-on put out a spring clamp tool??
