You mist have them adjusted incorrectly or must be running a set of driving
/ fog lights at the same time... Both my TriStar and Golf Country are
running 80/100s and there is never an issue.

i used to run 80/100w bulbs in my H4 euro lights but people were always
flashing me..  relayed 55/65 and eurolights are good enough and you wont get
flashed.
i didnt mind the female drivers flashing me though..
