<P><FONT face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size=3>Some time back I had the opportunity to purchase (what I thought was) rotors for my '91 Carat.&nbsp; Well, it turns out that I need to change my rotors -- BUT, it turns out that I got syncro rotors!&nbsp; Now, I'm out more money and shipping.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size=3>My loss is your gain!&nbsp; I have two (2) rotors, part number&nbsp;215-407-615.&nbsp; This appears to be for the '86-'91 Syncro Vanagon -- the holes are not threaded.&nbsp; I know my rotors run $50 each, so I'll let them go to anyone who wants them on the list for $50 plus shipping.&nbsp; I am in South Florida, so shipping may be significant for&nbsp;the West Coast Vanagnauts.&nbsp; PMAIL ONLY -- don't spam the list.&nbsp; <A href="mailto:rcampbell@usa.net">rcampbell@usa.net</A> for pmail</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>I will reply to let you know your status (first or not).&nbsp; Also, I will have pics posted on my website tomorrow.&nbsp; These are new, still in the box (but they are heavy, so the box is not sealed any longer).</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>The lesson here is: check those pads OFTEN -- I was going to check my pads next tire rotation, too late.....&nbsp; The sad thing is, I changed those pads and was just amazed at how easy it was, now I'm paying for new rotors and their installation (time is of the essence or I'd seriously consider trying this myself as well).</FONT></P>
