I don't understand why you need them. In the daytime when it's bright outside and your lights are off in the van people can't see inside anyway, unless they walk right up to the window and peer in. And at night when you have your lights on these don't work.

Looks like a nice idea but its not really clear in the description on the web site how they attach. I am curious about that because I'd like to know how well they do in the wind and also how "steal-able" they are since they mount on the outside. I personally would not leave these on my van if I was not nearby unless they somehow attach by rolling the windows up onto the material. I like this idea but why not mount them inside?
