Shawn, I'm also a new Vanagon owner, a Bus Depot customer (good results so far), and a Saab 9000 CSE owner who orders from eeuroparts (etc.) pretty often. I concur that there is a difference in speed and efficiency betweeen the two. However, isn't it sort of like the cars? Somehow I expect Vanagon parts vendors to be slow, clunky, and suffer from intermittent bucking. Part of driving a Vanagon is that it forces you to be patient. These are not horizontal kamikazis like the 9K's. BTW, I've had EXCELLENT results from the Bus Boy's in Redding, CA--ordered one day, parts on my front porch the next morning. Good prices too. Just my two cents' worth. Geza 1984 Westy 1997 9K CSE 1993 9K CS |
