    You'll probably just need the trailing arm. They bend a lot easier
than the mountings. I think all are the same, but not sure about
syncros.. Pretty easy fix on that.
    On the quarter panel damage, I'd just push it out myself, if it were
mine. Welding on replacement parts has to be done with a very high
degree of skill, or you'll have a lot more opportunity for rust at the
seams. I'd rather have the factory welds and a little more metal
bumping. or possibly even leave it less than perfect. It will never be
perfect again either way.
