Hi Martin,

According to http://www.baitcar.com the theft rate in areas where the baitcar program has been implemented is down by 17%. And in one case with a baitcar motorcycle the police were able to recover 5 additional stolen motorcycles from the location where the baitcar bike was intercepted.

Wow.... has the legal prefession sunk to the point where parking a valuable vehicle is enterpreted as "Enticing crime"?? That would make it an offense to lock the door to my house, because it would be "forcing" the criminal to break and enter.
