there are 3 brackets that attach the rear bumper fiberglass endcaps to the body.

there is one big wide one that is bolted to the fiberglass encap itself, then comes down to another little L shaped one that is bolted to yet another bracket that is phillips screwed onto the rear 1/4 panel lip with 2 phillips screws.

i have them all, if you need them. but honestly - the single 13mm bolt with wide washer that goes thru your 1/4 panel right into the endcap bumper bracket is sufficient enough.

when i installed fiberglass bumpers on my 84 vanagon, i didnt even use the lower bracket mount that is phillips screwed to the 1/4 panel lip.. i just drilled the hole in the 1/4 panel and bolted the bumper bracket to the body at that point only.. thats all you need there.
