Jeff, Very well said, it always amazes me the number of complaints that are made that come from folks who have no sense of realities of the world of small business and specialty e-commerce. The internet, and the efforts of online vendors like the BusDepot make our non-mainstream automotive joys possible for way more of us than would otherwise be possible.

I try to figure out the ways to optimize working with folks like the BD and not be hampered by the things that might not be seen as perfect form to others.
