Yeah, I agree. In the old days when I worked with my Grandad in a family business I never heard him ever blame a customer for anything--not even under his breath. I never heard him make an excuse.

He said, "If you ever find yourself explaining to a customer why you're right, it's a pretty good sign you're wrong."

And I have to say, financially things are a little rough right now, so we don't even have a fairly esoteric niche at my house. But if I ever need one filled, you're the guy I'm gonna contact.
