Fixing my cruise is on my own 'to do' list, but fairly far down as it's not something that affects me much at the moment... but I pay attention to the posts about it when they come up, and to a one everybody that's fixed it themselves say that they were able to do it themselves easily by following the troubleshooting in the Bentley. Several have also commented that it's the most well-written and easiest section of the book to follow. If you have a basic tool set, opposable thumbs and a Bentley, you might want to give it a go before paying somebody else.
