niiice... do you know how much early splitty middle seats sell for nowadays? IIRC the 59-62 style has the aluminum bar on the back... i had one i sold for $400 a few yrs ago...the mango green one.. from a tu-tone mango green '59 standard micro..even had the side trim piece that covered the legs.., and the guy was thanking me for giving him a good deal on it! :<)

i heard of a guy in Tokyo paying $1000 for one....for just the frame!! and then shipping on top of that too. those Japanese are crazy for the splittys...

since i sold my '67 im out of the splitty parts loop.. but thats where the real money is at.. vintage stuff.. chris
