I received one of these yesterday.  It's called "Mitchell On Demand
system."  There are two cds.  It not only has vanagon stuff on it, but
other vw and Mercedes, porsche, audi it seems.  I spent 10 minutes going
through it, after spending a half hour loading it - for some reason it
used all my computer's resources - and it is worth the ten bucks I
paid.  Figures are in black and white and really grainy.  There aren't
many of them either.  The wiring diagrams are good, and all figures are
"zoomable."

The instructions on "how-to-do" stuff are written intelligibly.  This
manual is good for someone like me who is getting to know his vehicle,
can fix something, but have a hard time diagnosing problems.  The
diagnosis part seems to be very clearly written.  it was $7.95 plus $3
shipping.
