I saw this single cab for sale on Ebay. It's in Germany and I'm not suggesting anyone buy it, but ... It says it is a Westfalia edition and has a Westfalia Werk serial number plate in addition to the VW VIN plate. (The VW VIN has a handful of ZZZs as was discussed on the list a week or so ago.) So what's Westfalia have to do with a single cab? They can drop a giant sleeping cushion in the truck bed? ;) There are some interesting "drawers" in the the compartments under the truck bed--Is that what Westfalia contributed? _http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Volkswagen-Bus-Vanagon-Microbus-RARE-VW-Bus-Or iginal-Westfalia-Single-Cab-Transporter_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ15291QQitem Z4608534300QQrdZ1_ (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Volkswagen-Bus-Vanagon-Microbus-RARE-VW-Bus-Original-Westfalia-Single-Cab-Transporter_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQc ategoryZ15291QQitemZ4608534300QQrdZ1) Best, Jeff 83.5 Westy LA,CA |
