I have van-cafe bumpers with front and rear 2" receiver hithces and I love them. Gary Lee makes a winch mount compatible with stock bumbers: http://www.telusplanet.net/public/gary2a/rack/winch/winch.htm Not sure if it would fit on an upgraded bumper setup.
