This is an area of omission in the Bentley diagrams but a notation exists in places that says some relay locations can vary, referring to the added relays not the ones in the main panel. The standard fuse /relay panel has fittings on the edges for more relay sockets and fuse holders to be clipped into place. The seatbelt warning relay socket should be snapped in along the top edge of the main panel. The relay location is only noted in the Bentley for the 1990+ as relay location 19 but I don't know if that is correct even for that year. It is NOT correct for my 87 or 88 and they don't match each other either. My 87 has the relay socket right above socket 3. My 88 has it above relay socket 5. You can always pull the panel down and look at the wiring colors on the back of a socket.

The warning relay has a small speaker grill on the end and it is a tall relay.
