Subject: VW Camper & Bus Magazine (UK) In Stock for U.S readers
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

I just received a container of parts from Europe, and at the suggestion of one of the Type2 List members, imported some copies of a new British VW Bus/Vanagon magazine for the enjoyment of us U.S. enthusiasts.

It really is a fascinating magazine, and not skimpy either (100 pages and lots of color photos, covering strictly VW vans and campers). Not only are there great articles and tech info, but also lots of pictures of European campers and that made me drool. :-) Among the articles of interest to Vanagon owners in Issue # 2 is one about the 1992 Limited Last Edition T3 (Vanagon), which was the final T3 to come from Volkswagen/Germany (actually built in the Austrian plant that built Syncros). It was built nearly two years after Volkswagen had already swtiched to Eurovan production! There is also an article on T4 (Eurovan) Westfalia campers, a History & Buyers Guide for 68-79 Busses and Campers, How to do a Camper Conversion, an article on a Devon camper, and more.

The price of $7.95 is roughly equal to the U.K. cover price. This is great reading, and well worth adding to a Bus Depot order. If you add it to an existing order, the additional shipping cost for the magazine is next to nothing. (If you order it by itself, postage will be $2.25. It will show up at about $3.50 when you check out online, but when we process your order in-store we'll manually override that.)
