The oxygen sensor is ignored by the ECU during starting and for a period of time after the engine is running. You should make sure that the connectors to the AFM and the Temp2 sensor are both clean and secure. Those are likely culprits now. The Temp2 sensor is the blue one in the thermostat housing. The correct connector to plug in there is also blue.

The problem you had before sounded like an O2 problem since turning the key off and back on cleared it up. The ECU ignores the O2 sensor during starting and for a period of time thereafter. The period of time depends on the reading of the Temp2 sensor that the ECU sees. The ECU will not try to adjust the fuel mixture until the engines warms up some and the only way it knows is by the Temp2 sensor reading it gets. The warmer the engine the shorter time the ECU will ignore the O2 reading. That was what you described before. The farther you drove the shorter time reseting the key would clear up the problem. That was because the engine warmed up and the ECU starting looking at the O2 reading pretty quickly. That is not your problem now.
