Unlike Bilsteins, Koni dampers don't break. Like Bilsteins, the
rebound damping is adjustable and they are rebuildable (as long as
parts are available).

I had them on my T2 bus and they were great. Set fairly stiff, they
slowed cornering bodyroll substantially, while not severely
stiffening the ride (but T2s have a very cruisy ride). I have a set
for my T3 bus, but am a long way from fitting them.
