it's significantly faster than my stock syncro 7-pass. i haven't calibrated it yet on the roads i usually drive (40 to mary jane, 70 to eisenhower tunnel, independance pass, etc), but i'm optimistic. it's still a small engine for a huge van, but with the taller gearing and the big wheels, i can go 65 mph at 4500 rpm in 3rd gear. there were no grades between here and reno that i couldn't do at 65.

i'll let y'all know how eisenhower goes!
