Hi Folks, I've begun my Subaru EJ-22 conversion and have posted a few pics on my website: http://www.josephtrussell.com/Vanagon.html It's a bit sparse right now, with just a couple of pages of pics and explanations, but I will be updating it as I go along. I'm doing this over a course of months instead of days, incrementally cleaning, prepping, buying, installing, waiting, installing, waiting, etc... I'm pulling the motor/tranny this weekend and am doing drive flange seal replacement (and replacing the tranny fluid with Redline) so I'll have more pics up Sunday if anyone is interested. Massive thanks to Brent Weide, Tom Shiels, Warren Chapman, John Reddick, Zoran Mladen, and both this group and SubaruVanagon for imparting me with the knowledge to take this little project on! Oh--and thanks to the Hungarian mechanic in Denver with the overpriced '85 Subaru Vanagon...Without that life-changing test drive, I wouldn't be doing this... Thanks, Joe T.
