I second this. I lived in NYC when I bought my Westfalia. I had to go a long way to look at the few that were available. I bought mine in Gathersburg, MD about 5 hours away. And I almost never saw another Westfalia or even just a Vanagon in the East. Out here in California they sure are plentiful (although it sounds like the lion's share are in Ben T's driveway).
