The only way I know to fix that is to calk clear calk under the edge of the
rubber.  Just cut the calk nose at the very end to have less than 1/8th
thick bead, push that nose under the edge and pull it around, holding it at
the nose, while you push the calk.  Don't worry about the excess.  That you
will take off after the calk dried.
But try to blow out water from under the rubber before you do this.  You
don't want to trap water in there perhaps.
