This one dosent have to be over till its over. These people cant give out
estimates like this to anyone.They would get zero business . What I would
do , and you can still do this, is to contact the Meinkie people who
represent your district and get them to estimate the work . Take that
estimate.Meinikle cant stay in business if they charge what VW does.Even if
you agreed to something, you are still in the position to change that
agreement.
