FYI---For the last 8 years, in my international travel for work and fun, I have been very happy with Cognicall for international long distance. No setup fee, no monthly charge, and you are only billed for minutes used. Jamaica to the US is $.392 a minute. US to Jamaica is $.089 a minute.
