I ordered online from FatMat a few weeks ago and got a purchase confirmation.  So far no product has arrived.  Their website has an inquiry section and they promise to respond within 24 hours.  Twice I've tried with no response.  Today there was no answer at their posted number.  

Anybody dealt with FatMat within the last couple of weeks?
