Subject: Subscribing to the list

Hi all,

Just a public request for assistance from the list managers, or thoughts from others.

I have to change ISPs, and rather than try to move my subscription to a new email addy, I figured to just subscribe under the new address, and unsub from the old one.

I want to use a gmail account for my vanagon stuff, so from that address I sent a request, and got an automated reply that it was forwarded for approval, but about a week later, no response.

Is gmail allowed on vanagon.com? I know some ISPs are not really welcome on a lot of mailing lists because of spam and abuse issues.

Anyone hear from any of the list managers lately? Anyone live next door to one? :-) I sent a seperate message like it says on the web page, but again, no response. Is it vacation time?

Anyway, just wondering if anyone had some insight as to how to proceed. I will probably be off my ISP next week, and can't live without my vanagon fix.

Thanks a lot,

John
