I use Mr. Lugnut kit #30-3041

This comes with a full set of 20 lugnuts, 4 of them locking, and the tool. All are closed end chrome, use the same 19mm lug wrench as stock nuts and are very similar to the stock Vanagon alloy nuts. For 2wd you can install thread-in studs up front and have all matching nuts.
