Sorry Chris, if I tell you I have to kill you, remember, it's secret. But, since you asked so nicely, no, not under the drivers seat. It's the space, in a Westy, beside the small storage space by the 110 vac outlet. You get to it by lifting out the bottom of the deep (toward the front) storage compartment. And it is meant to be accessed, the bottom of the storage compartment has a finger hole in it. That's where I store most of the spare parts I carry.
