Hey Jeff,

That was something, wasn't it? gave me an eerie feeling of what happens when you don't replace your old fuel lines.

Here's a list of attendees as I remember them:

Donna & Raleigh (sp?) Skarloken, Tracy, Syncro 2.1 WBX - 2 Werner & Joyce Schink., Sacramento, Syncro 1.8T - 2 Warren Chapman, Marin County, (not sure what Vanagon he was driving) - 1 Al Knoll., Sacramento, Syncro Westy, SVX 3.3 - 1 BenT, SSF, Honda CRV (with toy Doka) - 1 Jero Saldajeno., Chevy Suburban, (his headgaskets just went) Daly City - 1 Mike (trouble) Miller, (GF) Jean, Marin County, (not sure what he was driving) - 2 Eldon Miller, Sacramento, Syncro, 2.1 WBX - 1 Craig Weber & daughters, Westy, Subie conversion in process - 3 John Wessels, (GF) Carmina & 4 kids, Livermore, SyncroMog 2.1 WBX - 6 Jeff Vickers, Marin County, Syncro Westy, 2.1 WBX - 1 Blaine Heinlein, Sacramento, 2wd Westy, 2.1 WBX - 1 Tom Lalane, Marin County, 2wd Weekender, Subie 2.2 - 1 Joel Van Der Kwaak, Santa Clara County, 2wd Westy, 2.1 WBX - 1

Please let me know if I've missed anyone. We did get lots of other beach goers coming over to see what was burning so bright. One couple loved what we were doing so much that they ran to Safeway and bought a box of firewood and beer, & chips to share. They're coming back next time albeit w/o a Vanagon.

Thanks to all who attended.

BenT
