Bleeding... first thing! DON'T EVER OPEN THAT CAP WHEN THE ENGINE IS
HOT...????????????????????????????? what are you thinking!!!!! and if there
is no pressure... well, here is your problem!

Second, lift the rear 1.5 feet (ramp hight), NOT the front!!!!!!! (only the
1.9 need lifting! and even), open front rad bleeder. REMOVE (yes, remove
this one completely out, cut the plastic part around this one) engine comp.
bleeder, leave open the exp. tank, , put coolant in until the front rad
bleeder flow steady, all heaters in the HOT position, play and squeeze all
hoses, start engine, raise engine RPM to 1500-2000, don't let go for a
minute or 2, close front bleeder when the flow is steady, leave the read one
open and out until it's hot and flowing, close rear bleeder (yes, it's HOT,
put gloove), put exp tank cap on, drive the van up hill and down hill, if
engine is to hot, open front bleeder until it flow steady... close it back
and drive again.... this could take more than a day on a 1.9.

The story is that on 1.9, the owner should watch that temp gage for a few
days....

Blowing air into the EX tank???? it could help, help where??? in so many
coolant line??? well, you will never get rid of all bubbles.. maybe some,
but not all that is for sure...

Any 1.9 need carefull bleeding, and a good follow-up by the owner, somme 1.9
could have some HOT and scary moment, but only a few
