the answer is a banjo fitting of the correct size.  this is basically what
the kep block is trying to be.  fyi kep does not recommend their bleeding
stuff for permanent install.  at least not the stuff i bought.  i do keep
mine installed and have a vanagon overflow bottle mounted next to the
radiator.
