If someone has the time, could you please explain the procedures for LEGALLY importing a van into the US from Europe? I remember David Marshall discussing the 25 year rule (emissions), but the European dealers seem eager to import to the USA now. How is it done, and what is a rough guesstimate on the shipping costs to the east coast. Also, has anyone ever imported a van from South Africa? That seems to be the way to get a much newer van. Thanks, Anthony '89 Syncro GL (Hidalgo)
