Hi Jake,

I removed the bolt cleaned and chased the threads, replace bolt with SS bolt and star lock washer, grease everything.

I would like to clean up the ground strap that runs from the tranny mount to the body. I have taken care of the tranny end of the strap, but whats up with the body end? Bentley 97.6 says that the cable should not be disconnected from the body and goes on to say that a "special" bolt is used on the body end. Have any of you removed this bolt? Any advice?

Thanks, Jake 82 AC Westy
