Chris,
I'm being bombarded with "phishing" e-mails of Paypal Content. I get
several everytime I download my e-mail. What is really interesting is I
don't have an active Paypal account. I don't use Paypal for a number
of reasons. For one, they want way too much financial information about
me, and two, they are notorious for blocking your account and thus
access to your payments by virtue of claiming they are looking into a
fraud claim. They will sit on your money until they are good and ready
to pay. In the meantime, your money is earning them lots of interest
bucks while it sits in their accounts. When you consider that Paypal is
a world-wide operation, that kind of activity nets them some huge
profits. I refuse to help them.
