I have a good running complete 1.6 hydraulic lifter diesel engine that came out of a wrecked jetta it has been sitting in a dry garage for 2 years you should be able to swap out the needed van parts to this engine $600 takes it also a 1.5 engine with 89K on it for $300 I also have a large collection of good used diesel heads cams are starting to rust make me an offer just outside of boston 6 hours from you
