I used to have a system in my car called "Autopage". That was in the early 80's. I just did a Google search for their name and found this:

Sounds like the same people. I stopped putting then on my vehicles because I almost took matters into my own hands when I caught a potential car thief once. It dwaned on me at that time the possibility of confronting an armed criminal. I was lucky to disarm him first. It could gone a very bad. I can always buy another car. The alternatives are not pretty.
