Hi Folks,

Something happened on Tuesday night that severed the connection between my home office (where Gerry lives) and the rest of the world. Gerry was running fine, he just couldn't talk to the world.

Verizon ended up having to pull a new pair of copper from the local "pedestal", which took until late this afternoon. As usual, a rather frustrating experience dealing with the Telco. :(

Not only was Gerry unavailable, but the websites and E-mail that back up our businesses ( http://www.AntlerProperties.com and http://www.Month-Off.com ) fell offline too...not 3 days after spending serious $$$ on a direct mail campaign launched for Maureen's new mortgage site, http://www.Month-Off.com

Man, I hate Murphy. :(

Thanks for your patience, TomC tcarrington@relitech.com http://volksweb.relitech.com http://checkerweb.relitech.com 92 VW Cabriolet 85 VW Vanagon Crew Cab 82 VW Westy Diesel=>Gas Conversion 81 Checker A-11 (Taxi) 65 VW Notchback
