Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. The bracket I moved is the one screwed to the bottom side of the table. Moving it closer to one end gives the table a larger arc to swing in. This lets it move closer to the bed and also allows the other short edge to fit snug against the side panel and right behind the driver's seat. It also doesn't rattle since the one edge is pushed tight against the side wall before the adjustments knobs are tightened.
