Thanks Tom ! Your work is never appreciate enough here,it seems. Got to
tell you something I was told about compalints. I once worked for UPS as a
delivery driver in the District of Columbia. We were told that complaints
were researched and found to out number letters or calls of appreciation
and support by 19 to 1.It seems much easier to pick up the phone and
complain, than it is to give it up and congradulate someone. This being
UPS, I believe it. They dont miss much.

Please note - During the past 17 years of operation, several gigabytes of Vanagon mail messages have been archived. Searching the entire collection will take up to five minutes to complete. Please be patient!
