Subject: Left Front Chirp
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

My '84 Westy has a left-side front wheel chirping sound, usually heard in warmer weather (heard because the window is open). Closing the window doesn't seem to fix it, though.

The chirping sound goes away with a slight turn of the wheel to the right, but once I veer onto the shoulder I have to aim left again.

The chirping sound is a symptom of.....? And how much would that cost to fix?

Thanks. If I get a good answer I'll stay on the list long enough to see how Paul the Unsubscriber responds to the love :)

Kevin
