After a lot of hassle, I pulled the wheel, rode on the spare. Chirp was gone. Turned out the chirp was actualy in the tire itself. And it was a new Goodyear tire.

Simple test. Pull your wheel, drive on the spare. This will isolate the problem - wheel/tire vs other. At least it's a starting point.
