Hi Tony,

Just guessing here without seeing your car. It sounds like you have some runout in the front wheel bearings. If you apply a small amount of brake pressure I'll bet it stops also. You may or may not need to replace the pads at this time. I would check the wheel bearings for slack, and look at the pads at the same time. If you have slack, clean and repack the bearings, replace the inner seals. Address the brakes as needed. Don't repack them if you need pads without having the rotors "turned" first. This must be brakes from HELL DAY. :-)
