Alistair,
I have seen this smoke ball as well. Anything that could smooth airflow
behind the van into laminar blow would certainly help. Just how the
science could be applied to the van is in quesiton however. The vanes
shown may work inf properly engineers and tested. Then on the other hand
it may be pie in the sky. I always get suspicious of such claims as 11%
reduction or improvementm, etc, etc. I want to see the numbers. Any
legitimate claim will have the numbers to back it up. Raw data plus
charts and graphs based on the numbers.
This kit may work, then it may not. Depends on the veracity of the test
data - if there is any.
