Greetings Fellow Vanagoners!


I had a two year period without my westy, as part of a mutual breakup
with my friend... and with the money owed on our house, I had to give
my westy away. <sigh> It was really hard! I was so attached to that
westy!


Now, I just bought it back and I am so happy!


It's an 1987 Westfalia, Tiico motor, H&R springs and bilsteins. It's
blue, and I am so excited to get it back.


Just wanted to ri-introduce myself as another fanatical vanagon
owner, and look forward to participating with the list again.


Next trick is wheels and tires for it. I'm thinking 16's due to the
big brake upgrade planned in the future. Any great wheels via a
junkyard that look awesome?
