I need to replace the master cylinder on my '86GL, as the pedal slowly fades when sitting at a light with minimal pressure on it. Other than that the brakes work fine, but I want to replace the master cylinder sooner than never, or at least before it becomes "unsafe". I was looking at master cylinders at several different vendors online, and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with KMM brand. I try not to ever buy the cheapest, but I only have two choices here, and my sensibility tells me to buy the ATE for $100, and just blow off the KMM as being junk at $30. Someone please tell me I'm wrong if you have positive experience with the KMM unit. Thanks. Neal Barrentine Bloomington, Indiana 1986 GL |
