I have checked fuel pressure and it is good, but the trick is checking it when the van is acting up. This is particularly difficult since I need to be in the engine compartment to check the fuel pressure, but I need to be in the drivers seat to start the van and push the accelerator to keep it running! I am going to enlist the help of my wonderful wife for this one!
CHT (temp II) sensor is good. I have measured at different temps and compared to a spare and it is happy. Is your CHT sensor good? You can check that with a meter at different temps (ambient air vs. after a hot water bath).
